A written dossier on the car before you send a deposit.

Buyer-side only. We research the market band, question the seller, inspect the car in person and coordinate the purchase, and you receive every finding in writing. No dealer commission runs through us.

Market research evidence

The asking price is an opening offer, not a valuation

Two comparisons from the last quarter. Every bar is scaled to one common range, so the distance between the asking price and the price actually paid is visible rather than implied. Figures are quoted in USD equivalent and settled in UAH.

Volkswagen Passat B8 1.8 TSI, 2017

Kyiv · 148 000 km · 3 sellers contacted

  • Listing 21 400
  • Market band 17 200 – 20 100
  • Negotiated 18 100−3 300

Toyota RAV4 2.0, 2019

Lviv · 96 000 km · 2 sellers contacted

  • Listing 26 900
  • Market band 22 400 – 25 600
  • Negotiated 23 700−3 200

The band is built from comparable active listings and observed closing prices, never from the seller's own number. Two of the four shortlisted cars in this sample were rejected after inspection. See how a shortlist is built or check the fixed fees.

Purchase coordination

Five stages from shortlist to keys, with the days counted

Every engagement follows the same sequence. The durations below are typical working days for one vehicle in Kyiv, Lviv or Odesa. Rare trims and long-distance viewings stretch stage 03.

  1. 01

    Shortlist and price bands

    2-3 days

Listings are filtered against your budget and each candidate gets a realistic market band, so the first seller call starts from evidence rather than an asking price.

  2. 02

    Seller communication

    2-4 days

We handle the calls and messages, request service records and photographs, and log every claim the seller makes for you to read before any viewing is booked.

  3. 03

    Technical evaluation

    1 day on site

A point-in-time inspection with a written dossier: body and paint readings, lift inspection, fault codes, and a pass or attention verdict per check.

  4. 04

    Price negotiation

    1-2 days

Findings from the dossier become the negotiating argument. You receive the seller's counter, our recommendation, and the resulting gap against the market band.

  5. 05

    Purchase handover

    1-2 days

We attend the payment and handover, check the chassis and documents against the file, and close the dossier with the final figure you actually paid.

Document verification, history checks and registration stay with you and are listed in the scope boundaries. Send a shortlist brief.

07

Independence & boundaries

We work for the buyer, and we publish where our remit stops

No seller pays us, no dealer network feeds us inventory, and we own no cars for resale. Every engagement is billed to one party: the person buying. That single fact is why a report can say walk away without a commercial consequence.

  1. 01

    One client, one invoice

Fees are fixed per tier, quoted in USD equivalent and settled in UAH. Nothing is contingent on whether you complete a purchase.

  2. 02

    No inventory, no referral kickbacks

We hold no stock, resell no vehicles, and accept no commission from sellers, dealers, or repair shops for a recommendation.

  3. 03

    Observation, not warranty

An inspection records condition on the day it happens. It is a written dossier of what was visible and measurable, not a guarantee against future failure.

What stays with you

  • Technical evaluation, seller communication, and purchase coordination
  • Document verification at the service centre and notary
  • Official history checks, liens, and court registry enquiries
  • Registration, plate transfer, and insurance contracts
  • Corrosion hidden behind sealed trim, or parts that require disassembly

When a limitation changes the risk on a specific car, it is named in the report body, not buried in an appendix.

Request a shortlist

Tell us the car and the budget. We do the rest.

Send the model, year, city and your upper budget. You get back a shortlist of real listings, a realistic market band for each one, and a dated inspection slot before any money moves.

  • Buyer-side only. No seller or dealer commissions, no inventory of our own.
  • Seller communication handled in writing, with the thread kept as part of your file.
  • A written dossier per car, describing condition at the moment of inspection.

Fees are fixed and published per tier, quoted in USD equivalent and paid in UAH. Document verification, history checks and registration stay with you.
